Account & Registration

The registration process is quick and free. Go to the Register, enter your preferred username, active phone number and password. Once submitted, you'll receive an OTP code via SMS to verify your phone number. Enter the code and your account is immediately active — the entire process takes under 3 minutes.

The minimum age is 18 years. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions. idintogel conducts identity verification (KYC) to ensure all users meet the age requirement. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and the balance returned to the legal guardian.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one idintogel account. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of the terms of use. If two or more accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings obtained may be forfeited. If you're having issues with an existing account, contact our customer support team for assistance.

Log in to your account, click the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings". From there you can update your password, email address, phone number and other personal details. Changes to your phone number require OTP verification for security. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the Login.

For KYC verification, you need to upload a clear copy of your valid Malaysian MyKad or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 business hours. KYC is required before your first withdrawal and is a standard security measure to protect all idintogel members.

Deposits & Withdrawals

idintogel supports multiple deposit methods including FPX (Internet Banking), local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and more), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). Withdrawals made outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification beforehand. There are no processing fees for standard withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your account level and VIP status — regular members can withdraw up to RM10,000 per day, while VIP members enjoy higher limits. Withdrawals to a bank account must use an account registered under the same name as the idintogel account holder, for security and anti-money laundering compliance.

Wait up to 10 minutes and check your balance again. If the deposit still hasn't been credited after 15 minutes, take a screenshot of the payment proof from your bank or e-wallet and contact our customer support via live chat. No. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned. This is a standard security policy to prevent fraud and ensure all transactions are legitimate.

The Android app requires Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later. The iOS app requires iOS 12.0 or later. If your device is older than these specifications, you can still access idintogel via web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), which is also fully optimised for mobile use.

Try the following steps in order: (1) Check your internet connection — a minimum 3G/4G or WiFi connection is required for live games. (2) Clear your browser or app cache.
