1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.

3User Account & Security

Once your account is registered, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under that account. Your responsibilities include:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation
• Notify idintogel immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Update your personal information when changes occur to ensure records remain accurate
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) provided for added security

Idintogel will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. We recommend changing your password regularly and not reusing the same password across other platforms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on idintogel are handled through verified payment methods and are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM10.00 for most payment methods
• Accepted payment methods include FPX, local bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the idintogel account holder
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.00 and will be processed within 30 minutes during normal banking hours
• Idintogel reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for any deposit deemed unusual

Idintogel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• The standard rollover requirement ranges from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type
